IF I had to chose, I'd probably pick fall as my favourite season. I love everything about it-the colours, the weather, the smells...it's definitely a season to be celebrated. And of course, decorating the house is one of my favourite ways to do that!
Since I always change the decor on my mantel to go with the season, I had the idea to make a wreath to hang above it. It was super simple, and CHEAP, and the perfect Sunday afternoon craft. Here's how I did it:

Step 1: Hit up Micheals (or your favourite craft store).
Micheals was having a MEGA fall sale when I was there, with most fall decor at 70% off! Here's what I bought:
-18" twig wreath ($7)
-2 packs of faux leaves ($2 each)
-5 ft. long fall wire garland ($4)
-3 pre-made fall bushels ($2-6)
Bonus: Everything came to under $25!

Step 2: Garland
Start by wrapping the garland around the wreath. I found that the 5 ft. garland was a perfect length to wrap evenly around the wreath.
Step 3: Add in the bushels and glue on the leaves!
I laid out the design first and played around with it a bit before I glues anything in place. Putting the finishing touches on the wreath was my favourite part. I absolutely love the way it turned out!!
